Yannil currently serves as the managing partner and has been coordinating the work of all teams since the establishment of Fares Group Law Firm. His expertise lies in public contracts, particularly in the Construction and Oil & Gas industries, including EPC contracts. Yannil provides legal support to major international contractors throughout the negotiation and project delivery phases, addressing potential risks over time.
Holding degrees in International Law from the University of Nice and in U.S Contracts and International Legal Practice from Loyola Marymount Law School, Yannil possesses a strong background in various areas of business law.
He frequently shares his insights at international summits and conferences on legal topics related to the oil and gas and infrastructure industries.

Rodolfo brings a wealth of experience to the table. After practicing with the renowned
New York law firm Pavia & Harcourt, he joined the Bologna and Tripoli-based law firm « Capoa e Associati »
Rodolfo played a pivotal role in pioneering joint-venture operations in Libya, attaining substantial experience in corporate transactions with an international dimension. His proficiency extends to advising major international companies on establishing their business in various jurisdictions using different contractual arrangements.
Additionally, Rodolfo exhibits a keen interest in technology issues and excels in advising on contractual arrangements and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
